• Contact and enquiry details — your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and the details of the task or enquiry you send us through our contact form.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information through this website, and we ask that you do not include it in the free-text fields of our contact form.

4. AI and automated decision-making

AutoBiz AI builds AI-assisted systems for our clients. Human approval gates keep people in charge of decisions that matter, and AI-assisted actions can be logged and traced. We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about visitors to this website. Where automated decision-making is relevant to a client engagement, transparency and disclosure obligations — including those commencing 10 December 2026 under APP 1 — are addressed in that engagement.

We do not use the personal information you submit through this website to train AI models.

5. Disclosure of your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only where necessary with:

• trusted service providers who help us operate our website and communications (for example, our email delivery provider), under obligations of confidentiality and security; and
